I have lived in Estes Park for over half my life. I enjoy the outdoors whether fishing, hiking, stargazing, shoveling snow, picking up pinecones, gardening… anything outdoors puts me at ease. I get frustrated when I feel I am not accomplishing something, so I would rather tinker with my truck, paint the garage, clean the yard, or do some writing than watch TV or movies. I love the diversity Estes Park offers and how this community constantly reminds me how alike we all are. I can find a commonality, or connection with nearly anyone I meet regardless of age, sex, or background and that reminds me what a small world this is and what a special place Estes Park occupies in this world.
