Breeyan Edwards

The Estes Valley is my home. I am a born and raised Estes Park native, and that is an identity that I wear with pride. I attended school K-12 in our district and then attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins upon graduation. I have an immense gratitude that life brought me home to live, work, and raise my kids.

I understand the uniqueness that comes in buying and selling real estate in the Rocky Mountains. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me with their investment, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I believe that building relationships based on trust and loyalty is my expertise, and I will take a vested and personal interest in you as my client. You can often find me attending my kids’ sporting/school events, hiking the trails around Estes Park and Glen Haven, and enjoying time with my husband and family.
